So, I failed miserably. Two kilos more, but that being said, it may just be the remainders of my binge eating still floating around. Yes, I need to poop.
I have rose again, and shall keep trekking.

My body is aching, spent the morning in bed. Got really high last night, woke up with munchies and sore bones, go figure. Whilst high I realised I often feel like eating, or think I want to eat when in fact I just associate being high with munchies so i THINK im hungry when in fact I'm not. Need to break these mental associations and unhealthy habits i've been developing for the past couple decades.
Today is a good day. Having a mini reunion with friends from high school, one i havent seen in over three years. We used to study together in London. Shall be fun. I'll make a mental note to keep the mental munchies on lock.

Back to daily check ins, although I might lazy out of calorie counting and the food diary part but no pressure, one step at a time. Forcing myself to fill in every aspect turns me off altogether so I'm learning to take it easy and not pressure myself into anything to achieve the best result. The result doesn't necessarily have to be computable, it can simply be logging into my account everyday for a daily weigh in.
Have to say that the last time I weighed in on here I was almost ten kilos more, so pat on the shoulder for that. Have ten kilos to go, or so I think..I shall do this! Tis the time!
I'm also heading to the gym today after a 6 month long disappearance act. Need to form the habit of going to the gym three times per week even if I don't work out. At least go, and eventually I will realise that I have no time to waste and get my ass to work once there. It's all about tricking the mind I suppose. Or encouraging the mind?

Finally dropped a few grams, I'll take it! Any gramm loss is like a little voice telling me go on, even turtles finish the race! So I'm all good :D
I'm off to Taghazout today for the start of my trip. I usually am very good food wise on trips. I'm too busy being outside and mentally wandering to stuff food down my throat to forget I still have a few hours at the office. I'll be walking, sweating, swimming, hopefully tanning, discovering and dancing ( this MUST kill a couple hundred grams comonnn) I'm super excited! First time I'll be travelling alone. Really need this. Then I'll be joining friends for the festival in two days. Sometimes the noise and heat of the city becomes deafening to our own thoughts, we need to escape to hear ourselves. And this is what I am most looking forward to. Being in tune with my thoughts, my desires, my worries, and my callings detached from anyone else's. Terrific! I'll be back in a week with my tail between my legs or with a smile that'll radiate through the screen. Suspense...for me. Have a lovely week! xx

Weight hasn't changed but not worried. Travelling tomorrow and will be running around the beach. Hopefully ill come back with some weight loss change. lets just hope munchies don't win.
