I am a 68 year old male, and live a fairly active lifestyle. Over the past 4 years or so, I started focusing more on my weight and health. I essentially follow a HFLC diet, but would not call it keto; well, maybe dirty keto.
I do believe in "cheating" now and then - who does not like pizza or french fries! This is very occasional though, and I try and focus on the good fats, cutting a little on protein, and eat lots of greens and mixed salads.
