Height/Weight/Size
This is awesome. I'm:
30 yrs old
4'11
143 lbs (as of this morning)
Size 6-8 (US) in pants (GAP jeans and different brands' dress pants)

Goal weight is 130lbs. Although, I was told that my ideal healthy weight is 110 for my height, I feel my healthiest and strongest was when I was 130lbs (all muscles). I don't look good below 125lbs.

Calling Any Single Mothers
Hello Ladies, it's great to see someone starting a 'thread' of single moms on FS. I'm a mother of a beautiful 15 months old boy. I got online last month and absolutely love it. The first month was absolutely confusing but when I finally figure out how the calorie counting goes (I know, it's simple, but very hard to practice for me). I'm also training for a half marathon (for June 5th). The last 8 months have been the toughest of my life, between school, work and going through a divorce - I want to find the 'superwoman' in me back. First, I have to get my health back on track. I've been 6 days a week and pulling my longest run of 9-10 miles. However, the scale is not moving! I know muscle weight more than fat - but I'm so convinced it's my diet. I eat way too much carbs and sugar and I don't balance my diet out. I'd thought I was a very healthy eater, but after looking at diet calendar - I realized I need a diet makeover. Anyone in the same situation?
