To Weigh or Not To Weigh--That is the Question
Pro's and Con's--do you weigh every day or not? I try not to make the scale my enemy because I know the number is just a "guide" but I am afraid if I don't, I will stop using it as one of my tools. The scale, calorie counting, are my rings too tight? are my jeans too tight? --- those are "tools", too.
I actually took my scale to a local Wal-mart one time and drove over it several times--it was so evil to me--and swore I would never get on one again---so, I try to view it as a tool, not a a "tool".Cool

Would be Interested in Buddy/RN Who Works in Hospital
Very Busy RN working full time with wacky schedule--you know what it is like to try and eat on the run, get a few breaks (if any), be on you feet all day. I have lost the first 20 lbs, and I am working on the next 40 lbs. Would you like to make the journey with me? I want to count carbs,fat,protein, and calories....
