Everything seems to be improving with this diet. My energy level is a lot higher and my skin is clearing up and looks much better. I'm not drinking enough water though, and I'm sure that would help even more. I do feel a little jittery sometimes, and I'm concerned I'm not getting enough protein. Because of that, I had black beans and rice for dinner last night. It was good, and I think it helped. I wasn't as hungry at work as I've been in the last few days.
