Intermittent Fasting and Low Carb/High Protein

I enjoy people who are here honestly for a purpose higher than criticizing others. I don't understand why somebody would just want to post depreciative comments and show off about "supposed" scientific knowledge , without really being here for any purpose except Trolling. I'm happy to have the company of people who are doing the same thing as me, losing weight and sharing experiences. Sharing, that's great! So let's do it friends and ignore the Trolls!

Intermittent Fasting and Low Carb/High Protein
Thank you Kookywit.
I normally weigh myself in lbs. I'll switch to get an idea of what I should be having.

Intermittent Fasting and Low Carb/High Protein

Absolutely, Cowboy. In fact when I did Atkins wars ago and went too following the carbs (near to zero) I ended I ended up in excruciating pain that
needs a trip to the hospital.
So yes, what we eat has a huge impact on our bodies, our metabolism etc. To suggest, that protein does not exist in cooked food, particularly meat is luacrase.

Intermittent Fasting and Low Carb/High Protein
Well based on my high protein diet of the past 2 years, I would say that that alone has been very successful. It is only when I start taking in more carbs that I gain weight.
So, mskestrela, I agree high protein combined with intermittent fasting has to be a killer combo.
Shimone2point0, I'm really not sure where you're coming from at all.
