This has been a stressful week - my maternal grandmother was just diagnosed with a rare and agressive form of cancer, and this week was her surgery and the beginning of treatment. I haven't been very faithful to the plan, but I have been MUCH more aware of what I'm eating. I think that helps - I'm not being hard on myself about the eating or lack of exercise, I'm just accepting it as a life example of the old saying "life is what happens when you make other plans". This next week will be better.
