I transferred my job to a new location x1 year ago and I am not walking as much during the day as I use to. :(
I have gained 12lbs since I've been working here and I am looking to get back down to 170lbs.
I am eating fruits and fish, cutting carbs, and I need more veggies and nuts for my daily intake.
I turned 30 this year and each year my body changes. I am sitting mostly during the day, because I am doing registration. I will make more of an effort to walk the length of the department at least 5-8 times a day to get my steps in...
So much more I want to do. I want to have flexibility in my body. More stamina, build lean muscle and tone my butt, thighs, stomach, pooch, and especially my arms... I guess that's the whole package.
I miss walking/ jogging the hills in San Francisco. Those help me burn a tone of calories and burn fat. I miss walking from my job to BART and getting more cardio and outside time in.
I am sad that I have to arrange a new routine for myself, like more organized working out.
I am thinking about yoga . At this point in my schedule though, there is time for working out at home, which I just need to do it. I have yoga and fat burning yoga DVDs. I have strength training DVDs, and I can pay $8 for Thursday Bootcamp class @ 7 or 8pm.
I want to do the TRX full body work outs, but I am not sure of cost... I need to look it up.
I don't want my daughter to be left out while I'm trying to get my workout schedule. She can work out with me @ home, and participate in the free yoga on Mondays :) the other days, I will just have to decide if I will get care for her...
I am thinking to eat more Salmon weekly - transitioning to not eating meat, though I enjoy ground turkey and some chicken meals.
I know I need to eat more rich greens, avocado, kale, broccoli, zucchini...
Also, I love the alkaline water w/ electrolytes. That water and avocado does my body good. I can see real results in my body, how I feel, how I feel when I wake up. Not too sluggish, alert, feelings of being well rested.
I miss my work out partner too. We use to motivate each other and walk every day at work :) I need another work out partner that I vibe well with :)
Maybe I will buy another pedometer to motivate me :) Pedometers are fun!
I also want new work out clothes, especially workout shoes that are comfortable and cute. I want new work out pants/ shirts and maybe ankle weights. Pinks, purples, blues, reds, neon colors, black. Some workout attire is too expensive though. But, I think I will buy a few pieces here and there.

walking/ jogging each day, usually about 1.64 miles. Also incorporating my arms in my work outs. I want slim/ strong arms and Strong legs. My legs and booty jiggle, tee he, lol :)

Though I have been active daily and following my healthy eating 100%, I have gained 4lbs. I am now 210.
I am determined. That number on the scale does not make me who I am. I was 169lbs at one point, and was not happy. I want to be fit, energetic, healthy - though I feel like I am healthy now - maybe the healthiest I've been in the past 8 months :)
I am walking. jogging 1.64miles per day. Juicing veggies and fruit each morning and for lunch on wkends.
I am currently not eating meat for the month of May - #MeatlesMay, and while it has been a challenge, I'm now on day #11... Yes I know its May 17 today, but I started 6 days late :) Yesterday was craving meat. Wanted to feel full. The meals I've been making incorporate veggies and carbs - avocado/ mushrooms.

Juicing fresh veggies, veggies daily for breakfast and sometimes dinner. Snacking on nuts and fruit and carrots through the day. Drinking Alkaline electrolyte water. Also eating lean ground turkey a few days a week.
I have been baking sweet potatoes, but have not eaten them yet... :/
taking women's multivitamin, flaxseed oil capsule and biotin daily w/ meals.
GOALS: To be strong, to have stamina, to lose the excess weight. To detox, to run/ walk/ play/ swim/ do yoga/ do more 5k challenges to live life.
