Quantifying P90 and Insanity
@ofcmad, how accurate are those heart rate monitors? I bought a watch/heart rate monitor from Wal Mart also and have been using it when doing circuit training and other hard workouts. I usually check my heart rate 5-10 times during the workout to track changes so I'm hoping that'll give me a better estimate of calories burned.
I'm pretty muscular, a girl, 5'8", and it told me when I did a really intense cardio/sculpting workout for an hour that I burned 900 calories. That blew me away so I was concerned the calorie function is not that accurate.
