I'm surprised how easy it's been to cut out sugar altogether. Drinking 8-10 glasses of water isn't so bad either ~ I just leave a plastic cup near the water bottle and everytime I'm in the kitchen, I down a cup and tick it off. Now if only I felt the same way about exercise! Still haven't found the missing pedometer. :(

Today was the first day of my diet and I managed 10 glasses of water! It actually didn't seem as difficult as I thought it would be, or perhaps I was just really thirsty. I sure wish I could find my pedometer though, I haven't seen it for months and months now. I'm sure it was in the second kitchen drawer ... or was it behind the cereal on the third top shelf? Oh dear, where could it be?!
