I'm 29, married to a weightlifter who can (and does) eat whatever, and have 9 furry children to take care of. I work 3 jobs which can be hectic, and have crazy schedules, so I don't have a set exercise routine; I get it in when I can. I also have Narcolepsy and PCOS, so my weight is an uphill battle. I don't know if I'll ever get back to 155-160, but I'd be ecstatic to hit 175 and stay there :)
