*sigh* I really need to be more dedicated. My biggest weakness is emotional eating.The cooler weather isn't helping either.The gain is bad..but could have been so much worse.A pasta, potato salad and junk filled weekend will lead to such..Anyhow, new week, new start I guess.

Another drop! This week will aim to get to 83, my pre-pregnancy weight. Its a lot but I will try.

Progress!!Yay! Back at it in full force. Gym was difficult yesterday having been away for a few weeks. But the number on the scale is such motivation. Going back again today. It also helps that I have no appetite lately.

Cant seem to get back into my weight loss groove. Its so frustrating! Making terrible food decisions. Plus I haven't been to the gym in almost two weeks. I need to re-commit and focus.

So..being ill really put a damper on my weight loss efforts :(. This gain is not a surprise at all. Been eating all willy nilly. Hav'nt been to the gym. Its really been a bad almost two weeks. My best friends party this weekend isnt going to help either.
I need to get back on the wagon with a serious detox and stricter eating plan. I will dedicate Sunday to meal prep and aim for a big loss next week. By then school will be out of the way too...It should go very well.
For now..Il find a few detox plans...
