Hi guys! Just a question - is there any way to browse the different exercises, and the caloric burns? I volunteered for Habitat for Humanity today so I spent most of the day on a construction site, insulating and framing for about 5 hours. I have no idea what it was for exercise, but I know I needed a nap and I was ABSOLUTELY STARVING TO DEATH ;-) I logged it as gardening/yardwork, I don't know if that's even close, but I couldn't seem to find anything else that felt similar to how my muscles feel right now. Anyway, hope everyone is having a good week! I'm supposed to weigh in tomorrow...we'll see about that. I may be in traction.

WOW. THAT sucks. I followed my diet to the letter this week, and from the caloric deficit, I should have had a nearly three pound loss. Nope. .6 lbs. Seriously. THAT sucks. Why did I even BOTHER? Meh. Happy Canada Day to my Canadian friends!

FS won't let me upload a pic, but the message on my kitchen white board now reads: New House Rule: Delicious cookies may not be left on the counter, because Mother has the self control and impulse resistance of Jabba the Hut.
