Busy day. Got up early and Angie came over to get the rest of the kitchen finished. Laundry done and floor vacumed and steam mopped. Got rid of a lot of junk( I have hoarder tendicies). Fixed up salads for the next couple of days. Spoke to Eloise this PM. Went out to spa to exercise after supper for an hour.

Up at 8:30 and had to go grocery shopping and get gas etc. went to Walmart and then got gas....gotta love 1.83/pall on for gas. Picked up 4 pieces of fish. And stopped at Arbys for David. Spoke to Angie a couple of times. After supper went and exercised in the spa for an hour. Spoke to Eloise this pm and her knee is some better.

Went to TOPS this am, and had 3 new members. Lost 5 pounds since Dec. 13th. Was really surprised as had not been careful over holidays.

Have been really slack over the past few week. Put on twenty pounds with no excuse and it has to change before going further. Have 1st Tops weigh in tomorrow, so that will be my starting wt. I will weigh every Thursday. I haven't determined how to do this except to be mindful of what I eating and getting more active.
