02 Oct 2017 - 108km cycling race - time 3:38
07 Oct 2017 -Saturday swim - 16 laps x 50m
08 Oct 2017- 10km Gun run - 56 Min had to walk almost 500m just to get to the start line after the race started, I could have done much better if there wasnt so much people starting at the same time.

02 Dec 2017 - Short Triathlon 400m swim,12km MTB, 5km trail run

Got on the scale today just because it is a new month , not bothered on this weight , I had more than 4L of fluids yesterday due to the heat and off cause of the race.
So goals looks as follows
Oct Goals so far:
On Saturday 30Sep2017 I did a 6km jog on the windy beach after that I did 13 laps 50m pool swim on my own taking my time getting use too swimming after 11 years,it was nice but very difficult but the more you do something the better it gets
02 Oct 2017 - 108km cycling race - time 3:38 - it was HOT yesterday
08 Oct 2017- 10km Gun run
2-Oct 2017 - 109km cycling race

17Sep 2017 cycling race - 91km - done time 3:02
23Sep 2017 - 5 km park run - Done time 27:59
24 Sep 2017 - cycling practice - done 50km
25 Sep 2017 - 7 km Trail run - did not happen it was raining like crazy and didn't want to get sick.
Oct Goals so far:
Need to swim and run over the weekend even if it is only for 30 Min

No more weigh-ins for me, I'm having a break from my scale as I can't let a number determines the way i feel due to a kg or 2 away from a goal weight, I gave my self.
So my next goals will be the following

24 Sep 2017 - cycling practice
25 Sep 2017 - 7 km Trail run

This is only my weekend goals so far for the month of Sep and October, as I exercise 3-5 times a week ) aerobic , HiTT, Bootcamp , step classes as well
