Weekend weight lets see how much of it i will lose this week.
Activities for the past weekend
5km Hike with fam on Saturday and a circuit session yesterday (full body workout) and afterwards it was a kitchen tea and braai, festive season of food and drinks lets do this , its all about not losing my fitness this holidays , weight will go up, that's normal because of snacks and drinks and a lot of party's this time of the year , But Fitness I don't want to lose you.

Did not weigh in today will do so by the end of the week, I took in a lot of fluids and foods/ healthy .
Past weekend activity
My first short triathlon, flip I still can't believe this, as I was so stressed as I'm not swimming fit and that was my first time swimming in a dam.
My goal time was to just get it done under 3 hours and I have finished it in 1:58, the next day 3dec2017 I did a 97km cycling race in the rain , time 3:11.
Today I'm at work , eating whatever i want will start clean 2 morrow again. lol
All races for the year is done, so its back to my normal 3 times a week aerobics/bootcamp/ weights classes and this coming weekend i will do a short hike with some ladies.

Oopsie - weight went up due to a cider and a packet of chips , ok shared a big party packet with the hubby.
Activities this past weekend - only 5km park run , came 31st but second lady to finish wind was very bad.
Need to run this week and slot in some cycling , have a very busy upcoming weekend and party week.
Hope to get under 60kgs this week.
