Well lets see I am 26 and I have been chubby most of my life. As a kid I was pretty average, then the wonderful doctors put me on steroids and I blew up. I finally got off of steroids and I have been yo-yo dieting ever since. I was at my heaviest at the beginning of this year and I am happy to say I have lost 20 pounds since then. However now I am stuck and I am eating horrible again. I would really like to lose at least 40 pounds before I get pregnant, so I can blow up all over again. lol j/k
But seriously I would love to have my clothes now be my fat clothes in the future. So here it goes. I hope I can find the motivation I need to stick with it.

Whats your RDI and why?
Seriously this is a good question. I am 26 5'5" and 186. It says I should have like 1800 but everything else I have read says 1350 I just stick to 1200 but I am not losing weight. I lost 20 pretty quickly but now I am not moving at all. so frustrating, any tips.

vegies = bleh
I like veggies however my husband is like most of you and does not like them at all. My sister gave me this asparagus recipe that is GREAT and my husband actually asks when we will have it again. Here it is, it's SUPER EASY..
spray a cooking sheet with cooking spray (olive oil spray is what I use)
then snap your ends off and lay the asparagus on the cookie sheet
spray them lightly with the cooking spray
sprinkle lightly with Lowry's season salt
cook at 350 for 20 minutes test with a fork (should be able to pierce with a fork)
And eat and enjoy. You get the salty flavor and they are not horrible for you.
