So I've been a vegetarian for a while (little more than a month) now, and it's just because sometimes my body just doesn't crave meat -- so I listen to it. I realized I've organically done this throughout my life when I was fit/healthy weight before my weight gain. I think it's the reason I ate plants only during the first two months of my weightloss journey, and this is before I even knew the food documentaries existed (food inc, forks over knives, etc -- SO good). I always seemed to go back to meat though so I guess that's why I never paid attention to my unconcious food choices. Anywho, I'm still not craving meat/chicken (which is very surprising and the reason I took a moment to think analytically about my past) but I AM craving seafood now so I think I'm gonna take advatage of a seafood sale that's going on at the market. I'm just curious to see how long I will crave a pescatarian lifestyle. So yes, another 3 pounds down due to food lifestyle changes. My doctor told me I should not go lower than 150. I moved my upcoming yearly appointment a few weeks early to this coming Tuesday because I need to tell her about this lifestyle change and ask some additional (a million) questions. She is like the smartest doctor that I've ever known; smarter than my ex-husband and he is a genius doctor --sucked at husbandry but genius doctor lol. I'm 5'8" tall (doctor says I'm 5'9" -- I don't agree), and I need to get the run down on my height/weight situation -- she hasn't seen me in a year. I'm curious to see if she will agree with/support and encourage my food lifestyles that I'm seeming to adopt for lengthier periods of time now. OK, I've been delaying some work for a few days now....I guess I will get to it before I regret this relaxation time. #WorkingGirl #Peace&Love :D :D :D

This past Tuesday was my 32nd bday, and I was so glad I pushed through to get my temporary place organized after the move bc I was able to fully enjoy a peaceful and reflective birthday. The real celebrations occurred Friday though lol! Gotta get fun in there too. Anywho, today is Sunday/Mother's Day and I mostly relaxed and spoke to my family. Our mom and dad have both passed on into heaven, but there are so many of us siblings (8) that there are by default so many children in which we don't feel so much the loss of our parents because of the blessings through the children that have been born (15? Lol) from my siblings. Bc of such a huge family I am in no rush to start my own. Kiddies are tons of work, and I'm still a bit selfish in my life right now. Just sayin'. In 4 years, I will allow a man to convince me to remarry and procreate. I think 36 is a good age for all of that...I think lol.
Anywho, I gained back a few of the pounds from my poor diet during the move so that's good and I just started a new B-Complex supplement. I love supplements. I love watching youtube video reviews on supplements. (Sidenote: Google Chromecast is so amazing for casting YT vids to the TV! So convenient.) My current list of supplements are:
Dymatize Nutrition's ISO 100 Hydrolyzed 100% Whey Protein Isolate
-- 1-2 scoopfuls in water/25-50g Protein/106-212 cals
Garden of Life Perfect Food Raw Organic Green Super Food
-- 1 scoopful/25 cals
World Organic Liquid Chlorophyll 100mg
-- 1 tbsp/0 cals
Organic Extra Virgin Coconut Oil
-- 1-2 tbsp/120-240 cals
Omega Nutrition Organic Apple Cider Vinegar (with mother)
-- 1 Tbsp/15 cals
Nutiva Organic Chia Seed
-- 1 Tbsp in water/60 cals
CountryLife Realfood Organics Your Daily Nutrition Multivitamin
-- 1 tablet/0 cals
Natrol Omega 369 Complex
-- 1 softgel/13.5 cals
Iron
-- 1 tablet/324mg/0cals
(NEW) Body First B-Complex 100mg
-- 1 capsule/0 cals

Most of these I take everyday. Some every few days. I throw in extra vitamin D, vitamin B12, biotin, melatonin (this actually works for me now but only in a tiny amount), and Irwin Naturals Menstrual Relief Hormone Balance liquid softgels when needed. I hadn't written my supplements list out so it's neat to see how it has changed. I see my general doctor for my yearly checkup next month so I will definitely show her this list. It will be nice to catch up with her and the staff bc I hadn't been to the office since last June or July. I hadn't even realized it had been that long. I have a number of projects/goals I want to tackle before the end of the year and I want to get my yearly checkup done so I can pounce on these goals with full strength. Anywho, my Sunday night has been quiet and wonderful. I'm so grateful to God for another birthday this past week and more birthdays to come in the future. Healthy birthdays to boot. #LovePeaceHappiness :D

I've literally lost 3 pounds from STRESS....but in just 3.5 days! Like how unhealthy is that? But I'm back on track spiritually and emotiknally due to an insane amount of meditation sessions (most of them today lol!). Oh yeah the reason for the stress is because my place is undergoing a TOTAL renovation...it was suppossed to start months ago but got pushed back. This did not bother me at all actually. That's not really a big deal. The big deal came when the renovations schedule came to me on Tuesday (YES, TUESDAY!) where it was said they could begin as early as today (Friday!) if I packed to move in time. Now, let me just say that I did not have to pay any moving costs due to the short notice, etc (and movers were very nice too which was good) BUT none of that helped me with my stress levels today. I was dojng SO well on tues, wed, thur, but when I awoke at 1:30 this morning to finish packing...I noticed my stress levels beginning to climb. I would stop to do breathing exercises but....I didnt really have a ton of time to do it the way I normally would so I did 30 second here and there. The first time I sat down in a chair was at 10 am...I was so exhausted but I had to get right back up to instruct the movers on where to put everything within my temporary place...just a super long day. Oh and my temp place had some issues so I had to get maintainance people to replace, fix, and kinds of things at the same time. And I don't drink caffeine so it was me and B12 all day long lol! The movers and other staff workers did not finish until around 2pm....I was super exhausted and finally took a nap after that until 5pm. I literally had eaten a few veggies and of course my supplements over the last few days but that's it. How was I not ravenous? Stress. I will gain back the 3 pounds by tomorrow or Sunday for sure bc that's just not healthy. I just finished a really long meditation session and i feel so calm and relaxed. Now, even though im looking at the mountains of labeled boxes all around me I am not at all stressed about tackling them tomorrow. One thing I learned from this is I should have had snacks prepared like almonds or unsweetened banana chips in a large bag near me at all times I just neglected eating I was so busy and my brain didnt remind me at all. So in several weeks when the renovations are done, I will implement that into my moving regimen when I move back. Sigh, glad this day is done, and I look forward to a beautiful spring saturday tomorrow. I will definitely sit out in the sun and fresh air tomorrow for a couple hours. Anywho, time to watch a movie...and then go straight to sleep. #LovePeaceHappiness :D

Just finished a glutes, thighs, and abs workout from youtube (google chromecast). I haven't worked out in over a week....lol so sad. I count calories like it's breathing so I never have a problem with that, BUT I plan to get back on top of my workouts bc the sweating really makes me feel great. Springtime is here and the weather has been amazing so I got in a 5am workout before enjoying another beautiful spring day today. Recently, I started a new meditation routine at lunchtime to take advantage of the sunny spring days where I sit on a blanket outside on the grass, close my eyes, and focus on breathing in the warm sun. After that, I read. I also have developed an obsession with false eyelashes....but it's SO fun! I just love being a girl!
Anywho, it's going to be a great Friday and an even more blessed weekend! It's my older brother's birthday! Looking forward to enjoying every moment. #PeaceLoveHappiness :D :D :D
