Another pound up! One more to go! Just finished my journaling, praying, and meditating so now I will attack my resistance training this morning! Adding my gold's gym 20 pound weight vest to all of my bodyweight only exercises this morning too. Gotta do the work! Feeling great and thankful on this wonderful day! #Peace&Love :D :D :D

I would just like to report here in journal-land that my power pantsuit that I wore today with my power heels looked kind of amazing. I am so glad I am no longer obese. Thank you little baby Jesus. My guy friend leaves Geneva, Switzerland in a few days from teaching law there this summer...I miss his cute face and his ginormous brain! Sent him a pic of me in my powersuit, and he confirmed that I was too hot to handle. #Sizzlin'Lady Anywho, my caloric intake was really great today. Feeling good, feeling great, no complaints. Grateful for another productive day on earth where I'm a healthy human being. #Peace&Love :D

I think my goal is just to get to 145 pounds for right now LOL! I really don't want to think this hard about gaining weight...i just want to gain muscle over time. My size 8 jeans literally do not fit anymore so I think I may need to get new jeans in a month if I don't see an increase by then. Appetite is still just ok from the med side effects. So crazy how I just dropped a ton of weight so quickly from that med. In my opinion it's dangerous. I mean I'm anemic...I need all the nutrients I can get everyday! So, 145 is the immediate goal, but after that I'm not stressing over it. I'm healthy again with caloric intake and aware of the med side effect now so I think I'll be OK. I feel OK too which is important. #Peace&Love :D

Slowly but surely gaining back weight. Body is sore from resistance training, but stretching it out. Increased my macros intake across the board: Doubled my protein, Doubled my carbs, and Doubled my fats. Still drinking my usual gallon (128 ozs.) of water per day though - sometimes a bit more just depends. On monday, a small patch of skin on both my elbows rubbed off from my doing so many press planks on my mat. I'm using large bandaids on my elbows now to power through these new workouts I'm doing. They're intense. Feeling very good this morning overall. Now, I'm going to do another 10 minutes of meditation before I get the rest of my day started. #Peace&Love :D
