Just too darn big! I am tired of huffing and puffing. I want to drop 50 pounds. I have lost with Atkins before, but I can't maintain after that. I was 30 pounds lighter in 2013, but then stress got the better of me and I gained most back. I am switching to low calorie and keeping an eye on the carbs. I am a stress eater, plus I love to cook and bake. Dieting makes me sad and feeling deprived, but I have to do it.
