B: 2 HB eggs, english muffin (the usual!)
L: spinach w/light italian dressing, strawberries, turkey and cheddar sandwich with mustard
S: bite of turkey, cheese slice, greek yogurt, trail mix--hungry today!
D: 2 wheat waffles w/PB, bowl of special k red berries w/milk
Wow...I ate a lot today! Body was just telling me to eat a few more calories, so I obliged. Fighting off a cold, maybe that's why.
Exercise: -500 on elliptical and treadmill.
