Well, what a week Ive had. Hubby rushed to hospital. Bin sat at his bedside all week so not been able to eat very well. Hospital food is still horrible. Hopefully he will be in London over the week end and I can get back to sorting out my weight. No weigh in this week as I was at bedside.

Well done me! Going out for my birthday meal with the hubby now, Thai I think.
Well Thai was a nice thought. Hubby ended up having a coughing fit, too tired to go out now. Oh well, another time, feed myself again.

Well, today is going really well. I managed to give one double cream cake away to my hubby's carer today. Saving the other one for when the hubby comes outta hospital later today. It can be his treat for giving me a little rest bite!

My birthday today. Thought I would have eaten loads of calories, but been very good. Sister took me out for lunch. I refused to go into KFC, so we went into the local Tesco's and I had scrambled egg on toast with a black coffee. Next went on to my cousins who fed me baked potato with beef stew, it was awesome! Cousin also brought me a double cream cake for my birthday but said I would take it home for the hubby for when he comes outa hospital, so ended up with 2. Resisted mine at the moment.
