i think it's be best for me to keep a food diary at hand because all the apps i can get on my windows phone offer a lack of options and i have to keep adding the nutrition info. plus if i write down how much i'm eating and emotional triggers i can prevent myself from overeating so often out of things like boredom, guilt, etc. then i can also find foods i tend to binge on that aren't healthy without realizing it and find better replacements
