5 days of eating clean was tough, but I did it. I didn't want to get discouraged so I avoided the scale until just now.

TGIF! Today is the last day of my clean eating challenge. For the next 10 days I will be free to eat whatever I want, but I will still try to keep it clean 80% of the time. I'm really excited about my weigh in tomorrow.

Yesterday wasn't so bad. I was hungry after dinner, but I ate a few pieces of melon to calm my stomach. I didn't eat cake at the baby shower I attended and I said no to the beer and chocolate my husband offered. I have goals!

I had a rough few week and I just binges like crazy. As you can see, my weight has gone up as a result :(

Today was a good day. It was national margaritas day so I got a ton of exercise at work shaking drinks. I ate below my rdi and I even got to have a couple skinny ritas. I was surrounded by junk at work today (Chili's) and I didn't even eat a fry. My willpower is improving!
