I haven't been watching what I eat too much lately and haven't been exercising regularly. However, somehow I managed to lose some weight. Well I suppose that now I'm motivated as I'm less than a pound away from where I was end of January. Working nights and not sleeping well really sucks! I still have another month of that. It's hard to fit it all in... but I must persevere! Failure is not an option!

Well I took a break for a while and decided to get back to my quest for 185 pounds. Working 2nd shift and not sleeping well. Hope to get some exercise in tomorrow, my day off. Weight is up a little to 192. My motivation is the trips I have planned for the Bahamas. Need to get in shape for spear fishing - that's hard work...(and not looking like a flabby beached whale). First trip is beginning of April and second is mid June. A buddy wants me to help take his new trawler over too, I think in May or June. I hope my employer realizes that I intend to take all my vacation this year!

Well I almost blew off my turbine building stair walk again, just like all last week. However, I decided work can wait. It's only around 30 minutes and I feel so much better now - supercharged, really. This past weekend I didn't log any exercise, but I played lumberjack for MANY hours Fri-Sun. Trying to catch up on the stuff I couldn't do with my injured shoulder the past year and a half. I made it through will all my limbs and digits and only minor cuts and scrapes. I'm sure I burned tons of calories doing it.

Crazy busy at work. I haven't been logging everything I eat. I haven't been exercising regularly. I fell off the LCHF diet. Some how I managed to lose weight this week. Crazy... I weighed myself three times this morning to make sure it was accurate. I am below 190 again, finally. Yea!
I'm off work today and it is a beautiful south Florida day. I was going to go diving but my buddy backed out. I may take my boat out and see if there is an afternoon bite, since it's supposed to blow hard for the next several days. I really need to go for a bike ride this morning. Have a great day FS peeps!
