Well I just completed my first trip on FS. It was better than I expected. It was a 4day trip (I'm a Flight Attendant) I packed plenty of apples and necterines and I had food for 2days. I tt another FA and she told me how she packs her food for 4days the plane food is toxic when it comes to weight gain/loss. I took my laptop and got my workout in with Shaun T. Things are gud. I gotta get to a scale so I can see my progress maybe I'll buy one, haven't owned one in years. Thanks for your support.

I completed Day 4 another workout w/Shaun T. My day was gud. The best thing about it was a new recipe I got right here on this site. I tweeked it a bit for me ; ). I sauteed spinich in olive oil and garlic and various herbs. I used lowfat vanilla yogurt and mixed it in while the spinich was still warm. I sauteed portabella mushrooms the same way and mixed it in w/the yog n spin. WOW tasty tasty tasty. When I can have that over pasta...

Well day 2 was better yeah!!! I had more fruit to get me through. Apples are sooo sweet this time of the year. I'm in Jersey and assuming these apples are from Upstate New York yum yum. I'm on day 3 and just finished my workout with (correction): "Shaun T's Hip Hop AB's". What a great workout, i was just going through the motions the first 2 days obviously I ddnt even know the man's name oops... Today I'm feeling more in control. the exercise is helping tremendously, suppose i was going through a bit of depression nothing major this time, unfortunately i've been there before and i know the difference. The journaling is better than i thought the annonymity (sp) is freedom to be honest with myself & others and honesty is BIG. Take care and have a healthy day.

Thanks for your support Mrs. H & Hedder52. I got my workout w/Shawn V's AB in and finished day 1. The new yogurt I tried was "too gud" as in the evening hrs I finished off 4 cartons = (. I ddn't tell ya'll of my attempt to quit smoking too. Maybe this isn't the best time to do both. Well I've begun day 2 and i've completed my workout = ). No yogurt 2da ; o!!!. Thanks for the comments & for your journals. I'm not givin' up.
