Back from Paris!!! it was amazing!

so i have gained slightly but im pretty sure that has to be muscle and also due to me having a visit from aunt flo atm! I walked so so so much my legs were literally aching like crazy! i even walked half way up the eiffel tower! but then my knee kinda gave in so i had to stop but thats ok i enjoyed it. im not sure how i hurt my knee but it is KILLING me its really sore when i walk especially up steps :( :(

i managed to spend too much moneys but still enjoy a good meal every night.
ahh theres so much to tell and so little time bbut basically it was awesome amazing great!

also i have started to do 50 crunches in the morning which is painful but worth it, aunt flo is being a bit irritating atm so i cant do them but as soon as the painkillers kick in im on it!!!

So i've been trying to eat a lot healthier in the past week. there have been a few lapses with popcorn at the movies and ice cream on a down day but im getting there i have put on a few more lbs but im really not that suprised. I'm going to register them in the morning because i like to weigh myself when i wake up.

Tomorrow evening i head to Paris with my friend Rachel we are pretty damn poor so we are planning on walking as much as we can and just enjoying the sights untill wedsnesday when our friends join us for a 21st Birthday Party which will no doubt include a ton of drinking and falling exhausted into the hotel bed that Rachels dad has so kindly paid for (so i shall have my first experience of a hotel) Im hoping to really tone myself up on this trip and start to lose some weight and just feel better about me!

Also i have another reason for wanting to get fit now because on May 6th this year i am running(jogging) a 5K race for the UK charity Cancer Research its a charity really close to my heart as a really amazing close family friend of ours is reaching the end of his struggle with cancer and i want to give something back. I am also running in celebration of my half brothers mum beating her fight with Cancer and in Memory of Jo my mums best friend who was seriously like a second mum to me and an amazing mum to my best friend sam who sadly lost her battle 11 years ago.
