Kinda lost here! a little help?
*PS I also do low carb, not Atkins.. However, I learned that anytime I overate.. it was carbs.. Pasta, breads, etc.. I cut these out except the occasional meal. I stil get a ton of carbs from my veggies, and other natural spots.. but cutting out the rest, has made a huge difference....

Kinda lost here! a little help?
Same RC, I've stuck between 1200 and 1500 per day. I count religiously. So far, it's been a pretty steady stream downward on the scale. I want more muscle as I go down.... so.. thats what I gotta research next...

iifym.com is a little scary cause it wants me to eat SOO much and when I instead put my daily calorie count in, it makes my carbs negative Razz I keep my carbs low, protein and fats high, but haven't started following to the extent that iifym wants me to.
