Alcohol
Seems like for me to be successful at all with this diet I am going to cut out my Happy Hours with friends.... Perhaps, too, as I get older, dieting and alcohol just don't seem to mix well......
Anyone else having this little challenge.....???

changeing diets
I did Atkins a few years back and lost 90+ pounds! I was delighted BUT have gained about 50 back eventhough mosto of the time I really tried to watch what I was eating.... so I'm back on Weight Watchers.. the diet that I used 3 times in my life after I had the babies.

I just began using this site and have a question!!! Is there a way, that I'm not seeing, that can calculate my POINTS from my daily food intake for the Weight Watcher program... I notice that the caloric breakdown does not show FIBER which is one of the measurements WW uses for calculating their points....
Thanks a bunch... looking forward to getting to know some of you and working together!!!
