I have been paying attention to every single bite this couple of days. I think just by going back to my usual routine at work (after Christmas vacations)is helping me to come into myself again. 1.8 lbs feel good today, and wanted to acknowledge it.

Last year I had a yo yo effect on my weight. I started the year with a Diet that helped me loose 10 lbs (179 lbs was my best weight) and then gained it all back and more. Today I weigh 194 lbs. I NEED to get to a healthy weight of 175 lbs and stay there. I have to take control of this . Ya!

Well, I did not have a power walk last night, but I did hit the mall and transformed my anxiety into a shopping spree!! bad bad bad Since I'm not buying new clothes yet, I went straight into the perfumes and bought myself a really nice $100 fragrance. At least I'm smelling good this morning LOL
oh and weigh this morning and it said 3 lbs less!? really?! it must be water for sure.

Third day straight controlling carbs and calories and I am starting to feel it! Today has been difficult to stay focused since i get hungry faster. I will do a power walk as soon as I get home to channel the anxiety.

I am trying to pick up on my diet. I had done so well two years ago, and I feel I need to do something right away. I am at 189 again, and can't seem to rewire my brain into the healthy zone.
