Organized, ran and participated in 8 hours garage sale at church. Ate food prepared by others so macros way off.Now that's over and done with I can clean my house and car and start taking care of myself and my health.
Goal: Walk like Debbie every day, calories under 1500 and eliminate the processed and the sugar!! 130 lb by my birthday in October...31 lbs to go

Macros way off!! Spent two hours in Emergency with my friends, waited too long to eat. Tried for nutrition but the Carbs were WAY overboard. Tomorrow I have no commitments except coffee with a friend and stroll around Butchart Gardens, supposed to be sunny, warm and get to just spend time with a Dear Friend. Cannot beat that!
