No blood sugar spikes, consistent weight loss at a gradual pace. The Keto diet works, that's all I can say. I have altered it to a lower fat diet however keeping my net carbs below 20 a day has kept my blood sugar between 86-106. It has not been this low since I started this battle with diabetes. The lowest on their medications was 140. Which is typical for a diabetic.

I switched to Keto due to the Diabetes and unable to maintain a blood sugar under 140. I started last Monday, all week my blood sugars are between 80-110 tops, this is before and after eating. My goal is to get below 250 and then switch to healthier eating eliminating carbs and any processed foods<--They are the true killer.

Logging my daily intake based upon calories. Not going to do any fad diets this time. I have my RDI set at 2600 calories, I am going to work that down to 1500 calories per day.
