"Power Dinner"!
Baked Rotini (Pow! Power Protein Pasta) with alfredo sauce & topped with sharp cheddar. Power Deep Greens Blend (baby kale, spinach & chard) sauteed with olive oil, garlic & lemon pepper... Sooo tasty!!!

I was inspired by Chesgreen to try this yummy little snack. I used peanutbutter instead of almond butter cuz its what I had on hand & added a sprinkle if cinnamon... I used too much of the coconut oil & P.B. Still very yummy!

I ate Oreos last night... My sister-in-law brought the whole package down to snack on while we watched a show. I made my own snack even! Pumpkin seeds, rainbow carrots, Greek yogurt dip & a string cheese! When she went to bed she left the Oreos behind... I talked myself out of eating "even just one" for an hour or so... should have marched them upstairs & put them back in the pantry as soon as I started craving them... I finished what was left... I think about 9... I'm not going to beat myself up over this. But I want to remember & be able to look back on this entry. I feel like crap this morning & my glucose reading was over 150 for the first time in weeks... No bueno!

I made my own cauliflower rice tonight! Everyone else had white rice... I actually got a little giddy I loved it so much!!! Will definetly ne doing that again!!! 💞
