Hi my goal is to make myself healthier, of coarse if I lose weight along the way you'll hear no arguing from me:-) I'm 35years old and have two wonderful children that keep me on my toes as well as my full time job. My husband works out of town all week so it's kind of like being a single mom again. For so long I put my family first and myself last. It's time for me to do more for me!
I started the 17 Day Diet 2 weeks ago and I'm going strong. I have more energy and I feel fabulous. One thing I have to say is always make sure to take a before picture and measurements. I can't say that enough! When the scale doesn't show progress, the measurements will! Best of luck everyone! Together we can!

Do you notice changes in your body as you follow your diet & exercise plan?
HeyJude602 did you take your measurements before you started? If not you should do it now. You'd be amazed at how much your body changes. Stick with it you can do it!Smile

The Hungries!
If you're able, try drinking green tea. It can help to surpress your appetite. If you don't like the taste add a little sweetener to take the bitterness away. It also helps speed your metabolismSmile
