I never heard of this site before a friend sent me the link. I have been on the merry go round for a few years. Lose alittle, gain it back. Like most of us, I know how to lose. I hear people say all the time. Diets don't work. Diets DO work IF we stay on them long enough to get results. I can be 100% for weeks. Then if I splurge I can turn a day off track into weeks of sabatoge. Knowing of course I am doing so. My famous lie to myself is, I will "Start Tomorrow". We all have the power to change. Attitude is the key. We choose what we eat. We know all the excuses by heart why we cave. When we have control, food is no longer a vice. I have a Mud Run in June. This will be my 5th year. It is an obstacle course on a Marine base. There is always an event we want to be in shape for, a wedding, swimsuit for summer, ect...The thing is everyday is an event. I will be my thin self again. I like meeting new people who are also outgoing and believe they can succeed!

Have a question about juice subsitute?
Hi Missy, I happen to use the juice everyday. But I do not add water. Some people prefer to drink it with added water. The choice is really yours. I personally find it easier to drink it straight. You don't have to add the water unless you want too. Wink

H2O, is it worth it?
In reply to the first post by felock. You didn't mention anything else about food or exercise, just water. So I wouldn't back off on the water, just drink to keep the body happy! I am including a link about water. http://www.mayoclinic.com/health/water/NU00283 Everyone should drink enough to keep the body functioning properly. As to dehydration. Living in the desert, we take our water seriously. But even if you lived in Alaska, you still need that H2O.Cool

Lipozene
I would second the above comment, but would like to add why are we thinking about it at all? Here is a link. http://www.ehow.com/about_4619894_side-effects-lipozene.html I wouldn't ask if someone else has tried it, because you are not them. I doubt a doctor would tell you to buy it. So the short answer is NO. I just hate to see anyone get drawn in by a commercial where the fine print is so small on purpose is a sign to PASS. You CAN lose weight on your own!Wink

Life Is Short
Tonight if you want to watch, Dateline will have 2 hours of Michael and Farrah ect...I know we will hear all kinds of news in the weeks to follow. Still a shame to go so soon.

Life Is Short
Yup, Michael is all over the news of course as expected. He had 13 number one hits. I still wish I had gone and seen Elvis when I had the chance. But I had past up a concert thinking, there will be more.

Britdub, when I saw the special on Farrah Faucet and her battle with cancer. She may have been known as the blonde on Charlie Angels. But she shared a really private ending to her life.

Someone older like Ed Mcmann. We usually say they had a good life, look at all the celebrities he met during the Carson show, and he out live Johnny. Yet because they are a name we grew up with, we think, there goes another one.
