When i was at the ages 16, 17, 18 i and a friend of mines would workout daily, would jog for miles, well needless to say i married young and a year later he got married as well. through the years the time of weight lifting become a thing of the pass, children start coming, just work, eat, and sleep 7 days a week and it starts to show as the years go on, now i am in my 40's and i am not liking what i am seeing at all. I am going to do something about this weight, i want to be 185lbs muscle built again, and i am going to get there.
