I quit smoking (cold turkey) June 11th last year and ended up gaining 18 pounds since my quit date. I feel so much better since I quit smoking but my problem now is food tastes so much better. I am eating out of boredom since I am no longer smoking. I just want to lose the weight I gained and keep it off. Its just so hard, when I was a smoker I didn't care to much about food, but now I love it lol!!! I traded one addiction for another. So wish me luck with my weight loss journey.
