Chose not to weigh myself this week. Drinking lots of water and really trying to watch the calories and log all food. I love tracking the food on here.

Went to a birthday party today.. I was good and really did not eat at all. I had one miller lite and 3 pretzel crisps. I avoided the cake, hot dogs and all the chips. Drank 4 big waters while there so overall pretty happy with the day.

Day 4 on water challenge and I am easily getting in the 8 glasses.. I am feeling good and feel like my feet and hands are not so puffy.. :) Haven't really eaten enough calories yet so need to come up with a quick snack.
