Very proud of myself this Christmas day. I didn't over eat or have a snack and was able to add an extra hour to my exercise. I feels so great. Hard work pays off.happy holidays

It was hard in the beginning but now I'm starting to enjoy exercise, I feel more fitter and healthier. Only hard work will pay off and with Christmas around, I've planned a healthy meal.

Started doing yoga as an exercise to change things up and it showed me how unfit I really am. Need to be more active
