Here it is.......The end of another month! WOW time is really flying by. On November 3rd I will be starting my training for my marathon! It is a bit early, but I figure this way I will FOR SURE make it! I purchased the book "Marathoning for Mortals"! I love the authors- ...Wish me luck!

The last two nights I have gotten more sleep! I have had at least 6 hours! I feel so great! I do know my body needs the rest, but it is hard to get everything done. I also read a great tip on FS. Here it is in case anyone missed it. Freeze a yogurt and eat it slightly frozen! I guess I could have tried it along time ago, but never did! Try it! It makes you feel like it is a treat!

The weather here is getting cooler. It makes me feel peaceful and relaxed. I wish it would stay like this FOREVER! The winter will be here all too soon! The season changes are nice, but our winters are brutal! I feel like I am really getting use to running again. My body is starting to agree with the early mornings! It's sad that it is too dark to run outside now. I have start my run by 5:30 or 6:00, and it is not even light yet. I am lucky I have a treadmill and an eliptical, so I can keep up my cardio! I am also lucky to have the support of this site and all my FS buddies!! Thanks to y'all for helping me on my journey! XOXOXO
