My Weightloss Journey has now reached the 32nd week. I have lost a total of twenty kilos and three dress sizes, I am ever so proud of myself. The new lifestyle approach that I have is so easy to maintain that I never feel like I'm missing out on anything...yet my body rewards me with the constant loss of weight. I now have 9.5kgs to go before I reach my 'Goal Weight' of 68kgs. I'm really not sure if I want to lose any more weight as I look & feel healthy. I still have body shape and if I do lose this extra weight, then I will not have anything that will fit me in my extensive wardrobe. So from this day forward I will allow my body to respond in the way it will to the food I feed it. If this means that I remain stable at this weight...then I am happy. If I continue to shed weight, I will re analyse as I proceed. Great work Michelle...a HUGE pat on the back for your achievement!
