Alright enough is enough! I'm serious this time about getting down to a healthy weight. I am done feeling self conscious about the way I look. So first thing i will work on is my self control, I tend to allow myself to eat anything that I want. Which i don't want to deprive myself but maybe for starters it would be a good idea to be a bit restricted. I am sure allowing myself to eat candy everyday and then having ice cream after dinner most nights isn't a good idea. Not even hungry by the time i eat the ice cream..... yet eat it anyways. Technically I started my weight loss journey at 230lbs so I've lost some weight. Yet then I have been letting myself go lately. SO yeah new me from now one, I don't expect to be perfect. Just taking this one day at a time. Anyone that actually read all this feel free to add me.... I need accountability lol
