I think I may be getting addicted to burning calories on the elliptical. Keep increasing the resistance to burn as much as possible in an hour.
So ready to be out of the 160s.

Up to an hour on the elliptical....30 mins going for speed at minimum resistance and then 30 mins cranking the resistance 5 levels every 5 mins till I'm at 20 and then staying at that. Sure burns the calories.
Started adding some crunches and dug out the thighmaster. Determined to get my body back.

When I joined FS I was hoping I could lose 1lb a week...am absolutely amazed to have lost 7lbs in just 16 days.

Totally bugs me when my cholesterol goes over 100mg. And more fat than protein today....that means any snack tonight needs to be pure protein.
Dang I'm a hard task master!
