Made the coconut flour waffles for breakfast today,they were good. I ate the whole lot of them that figures out to be about 650 cal and about 8 net carbs. Think next time I might only eat half.

Not such a great day yesterday,out to lunch and and just could not seem to get back on track. Here I am today good morning coffee and cream so far.
