I’ve just become strongly motivated to shift some more pudge from my bod. My husband and I, have booked a fantastic 28-night cruise in the South Pacific in March. I am super excited and feel like I have an even stronger commitment to a healthy 2023. I hope everyone in the FS community is having a super week. I love seeing your photos and hearing your stories. Your struggles and your successes keep me inspired, encouraged and remind me that I’m not in this alone.

Yippee! Just goes to show that a few months break can push through a plateau very nicely. I have lowered my goal weight to 140. I think that kind of weight will be ideal for my height and age. More importantly for me, I think I’ll have a better chance of maintaining 140. Hope you are all as focused as I am (at least today!) 🥰

A belated happy new year to all FS members. I had a fairly miserable Christmas and New Year’s, etc. due to getting Covid. I am back and eager to devote myself to losing another 10 pounds. Keep well, healthy, happy and kind to yourself and others. Really …. nothing else really matters.
