I haven't been journaling much but have seemed to have gotten back on track.
I met my first goal today so it is time to set another, another 10 lb. mark.
I seem to do better without setting a time line. In the past I would go past my goal date without reaching my goal weight and then consider it a fail. This time I am just setting weight goals and that way I will always have a goal in sight but won't be faced with self imposed failure.

obviously I am not doing well, back to the old bad habit that if I don't record it I didn't eat it. Weight at the Dr. was up 4 lbs. Even if I excuse Thanksgiving dinner that is what happens when I go completely off track for a week.
I haven't been on the treadmill, overall I have just messed up. I knew this would happen but this time instead of giving up completely I will just start again. Baby steps, baby steps and if I fall down I will get back up. Today is the day.
