lately, theres been alot of summer activities and a lack of calorie counting... time to get back on track!!

I have stopped counting calories about a month ago and am sticking to seasonal foods only, well...i try, but the effort and motivation is there. I try to spend more time on my mind rather than the state of my body. I found that the more easier i was on myself the more i was considerate of others.

This was a hard weekend to manage as far as weight loss. I did not track calories but did activly watch what I ate. I dont know if I drank enough water, and did no excersize. I was active though, playing sports, painting my living room, coaching a soccer team, shopping, ect. I am happy to say that I still lost weight, but barely, I guess I broke even, maintnence will be a breeze!!! lol another weeek, another marathon.

I have been enjoying planning out my meals of the day through the food journal. I record my meals, and whats left in the calorie bank gets divided up throughout the day. So if I only have 300 calories left before I go over, I know to aim for 3 100 calorie snacks, or 2 150's, or whatever, and keep my eye out on what I should and shouldnt be snacking on. Its my calorie budget plan!
