i feel really accomplished i know i can do this i have lost 7 pounds already and i feel great! even though yesterday i ate a HUGE pizza slice and my beloved cheetos and i weighed myself today and nothing! no gain. lol maybe its my metabolism becoming higher im not sure... well i work out on that elliptical for an hour, i love it! it makes me sweat like crazy. and once in a while i participate in a dance class. whoo, love my Latino music! its really fun but at the end of the class i could not even dance anymore! nevertheless i feel great! i know my hard work will pay off :) thanks for the encouragement everyone!!!
