I am a cat mum and a lover of nature and all that she brings. I have enjoyed eating Keto for 10+ years but keep trying other ways of eating that I come across and miss my Keto, it is the only way for me not to crave food constantly!

When it comes to exercise, I lead a very sedentary life, find it hard to get motivated to move, however I do run round the house and garden with my cat, he likes zoomies and likes me to chase him and he chases me, so I guess I get a bit of exercise that way!! haha. I like to garden, but I am not the most green fingered.

I love this site, most people are truly nice and kind to others, lovely to see and keeps me inspired.
