Here I am, hoping on the weight loos road once again. I can sit here and complain that nothing that I have done has worked, but that wouldn't be true. Truth is, I get started and do well for a little while and then second I see that I am not losing weight or have hit the dreaded plateau, I stop doing everything I was to get there. I'm never very fair to myself when I try to lose weight. I always swear that this time will be different, but it never is, so I'm not going to say it. I'm just going to do it. No matter how unmotivated I get, I will just do it. I like to blame my weight on my thyroid, and ever though it has something to do with it, it's mainly my fault that I am this way...

I can't agree more with what everyone has said here. The only thing I have to add is drop the energy drinks, they are full of nothing but sugar and are inhibiting you efforts in losing weight. Fight the good fight!

I know what you mean. Though my live-in bf doesn't joke around about it and tries to push me to do the right thing, he has a HORRIBLE habit of eating things that I really really want, right in front of me. Cake, ice cream, etc... None of my friends have weight issues either. I'm behind you and support your efforts 100%! GO GET EM' SHELLY!!!
